The Smart Battery Charger utilizes a fully automatic 4-step charging process. The Pre-charge step activates low voltage batteries and protects extremely discharged cells. During the CC (Constant Current) step, the charger delivers maximum speed to reach the battery's target voltage. The CV (Constant Voltage) step follows, where current gradually drops. Finally, the Floating step maintains the battery at 100% capacity with a trickle charge, preventing overcharge while keeping the battery ready for use. These chargers are widely applied to electric vehicles like e-bikes, e-scooters, golf carts, and floor sweepers.
