12V Battery Recovery Mode

For 12V batteries with voltage lower than 8V, use this mode to recover the battery. Plug in AC power without battery connection, press MODE for 3-5s until the 12V LED lights up, then connect clamps. Charger will use 1.5A low current until voltage reaches 10.5V, then switch to regular mode.
